World Record: Longest Rain Gutter Printed – 855.7 Feet at Toronto Motorsports Park
On August 9, 2025, at Toronto Motorsports Park, something historic happened — a collaboration between five powerhouse Canadian brands and one visionary team, Raptor The Luxury Brand, resulted in the printing of the longest continuous rain gutter ever recorded: 855.7 feet.
No seams. No breaks. Just one smooth, uninterrupted eavestrough.
And it happened live — on a racetrack.
🔧 What Was the Gutter Challenge?
The Gutter Challenge was a world record attempt designed and orchestrated by Rhys Fraser and the team at Raptor The Luxury Brand, a veteran-owned home services company based in Ontario.
The mission?
Create the longest aluminum rain gutter ever printed in a single run — while showcasing the Canadian-made products and suppliers that make every Raptor installation possible.
🛠️ How It Worked: 5 Brands. 1 Seamless Gutter.
Each partner brought something critical to the challenge — proving what’s possible when elite companies collaborate instead of compete.
1. Kaycan – Donated the Aluminum Coil
The journey started with Kaycan, who generously donated a coil of premium aluminum long enough to stretch across the entire drag strip.
2. QAP Roofing & Siding Products – Rolled the Gutter
QAP used their on-site roll-forming machine to shape the aluminum into a seamless gutter — right there on the track.
3. Alu-Rex – Donated Double Pro Gutter Protection
While the gutter was being printed, Alu-Rex snapped in their Double Pro Gutter Protection — an advanced dual-layer protection system designed to strengthen gutters and keep out debris, leaves, and pests.
These guards were later donated to Habitat for Humanity to help with future housing projects.
4. Buchner Manufacturing – Supplied 40+ Gutter Stands
To support the full 855.7 feet of gutter, Buchner Manufacturing donated over 40 custom-built rollout stands, making it possible for the gutter to stretch cleanly across the racetrack.
5. Toronto Motorsports Park – Hosted the Event + Epic Car Race
The legendary Toronto Motorsports Park provided the venue and ended the event with a bang — a Ferrari F430 vs Lamborghini Gallardo drag race right alongside the full length of the gutter.
